1 c. boiled, chopped white meat chicken (can use canned chicken)
¼ c. diced bell pepper (can add red bell peppers)
1 diced sweet apple (Fugi)
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. seedless grapes (purple or white), sliced and quartered
¼ c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Mix thoroughly and serve on sandwiches or croissants. Can also serve on crackers or serve by itself.
