Anthem Wear was founded in February, 2011 by Natalie Choate and her husband Kevin. Natalie loved and lived life to the fullest. She was known for her boldness and desire to inspire others to live their dreams. Natalie was not afraid to speak up and let her voice be heard. She believed that anyone could make a difference if they connected to a cause greater than themselves.

Natalie’s lifelong dream was to launch a clothing line that would make an impact and bring a positive message to the world. The name Anthem was inspired during a vision retreat she and her husband took in early 2011. A month later, Anthem Wear, Inc. was launched in Dallas, Texas.

Natalie’s passion for fashion and her desire to inspire was unleashed. Anthem Wear is much more than a clothing line – Anthem is a lifestyle. It is an inspiration from the heart of Natalie about making a bold statement and connecting to a greater purpose. And the cause closest to her heart was the fight to end human trafficking through supporting organizations and safe houses all over the world that rescue and rehabilitate those enslaved.

In June of 2013, Natalie and Kevin woke up unexpectedly in the middle of the night to face the greatest trial of their lives. Natalie suffered a stroke that suddenly landed her in the hospital fighting for her life. After an emergency brain procedure, Natalie fought valiantly for two weeks with her family by her side. Natalie stepped into eternity on July 11, 2013; born on 11/7 and passed on 7/11. Natalie's life was an open book and the pages of Anthem Wear did not close.

Her three children, Nichole (20), Drew (16), and David (12), along with her husband Kevin, decided to carry the dream and the legacy of Anthem Wear forward in honor of Natalie's dream. Her "Never Give Up" attitude is the fire and inspiration behind Anthem Wear, and her Anthem is still being heard today. Anthem Wear is making a difference today, and actively supports organizations that combat human trafficking locally and abroad. Proceeds from every sale of Anthem Wear go directly to fight this cause.
