Prayer for the week of October 16-21, 2017
The Preservation of Important Relationships
A brother offended is harder to be won over than a strong city, and [their] contentions separate them like the bars of a castle. - Proverbs 18:19
Father, we are all your children. We came through our biological parents but originated from you!! We need to be reacquainted and connected to your heartbeat. We all need to ask for your help and divine assistance in seeing one another the way you see us all individually. We can only be successful in loving one another properly if we walk in wisdom and understanding. We need one another. Two are more effective in life than walking through life alone. We bind the spirit of division and we ask you to pour into us the understanding on how to forgive one another. Father, I thank you that your amazing grace and love can comfort us and help us to love and comfort others.
Jesus declared that we, the family of God, should be known for our love one for the other. Above all else, we need compassion to move us from our comfort zones to reach out and put on love. Your word says that putting on love is “the bond of perfection.” We desire to learn what we need to know to create environments of peace. We loose your peace in our families. We release the spirit of unity in our families and close associates. Give us opportunities to have great dialogue and conversations that heal. We humble ourselves under your mighty hand and ask you to remove the spirit of offense from us all.
We know that the prayers of a righteous person avails much. We desire that our prayers be heard and answered. Father, HEAL THE SICK, RESTORE THE BROKEN, RELEASE THOSE WHO ARE BOUND!
IN JESUS NAME, Amen!!!
May we BOW (Band of Women) together!
